Located in Main Hall, Room B-10, on Thursdays from 7-9 p.m., the Game Club is more than just a spot to play. It’s a community where students come together to laugh, compete, and make memories one match at a time. 

The club regularly hosts themed events that draw in both casual and competitive players. From Mario Kart nights that test your ability to dodge shells and hold first place, to Guitar Hero and Rock Band sessions in the Union that transform students into rock stars, the club brings classic gaming fun right to campus. 

But the real heart of the Game Club isn’t just the consoles or the controllers, it’s the friendships. In a world where online play can sometimes feel isolating, this club offers something different, glorious, face-to-face fun. You’re not just racing against strangers on the internet; you’re laughing with classmates right beside you.

Game Club member, Jacob Phillis, says, “Even if you are not a big gamer, you should come hang out. You will find plenty of friends here. It also allows for you to introduce new ideas and concepts for game club, such as new games that people may have never played before, or put an interesting spin on something already established.”
