December holidays might have made you a little nostalgic for everything that has happened in 2017. But get excited, because there is a lot to look forward to in the new year. Just in case Christmas shopping made you forget about everything else, here is the list of top five things to wait for in 2018.
Jan. 12, 2018
The new year will start with a much-anticipated music release from the former Fifth Harmony singer, Camila Cabello. This year, Cabello’s name became a standard in Billboard charts. Her collaboration with Machine Gun Kelly Bad Things peaked at No. 4 while Havana, a single from her forthcoming album, reached No. 2.

Feb. 9-25, 2018
The world’s biggest sports competition, the 2018 Winter Olympics, is almost here. The XXIII Winter Olympic Games will take place in PyeongChang, South Korea. Athletes from 84 countries will compete in 15 types of sports, including the newly added big air snowboarding, freestyle skiing, mixed doubles in curling and mass start in speedskating. There are good movies and then there are epic movies. This coming year will bring us the movie that many of us have been expecting for a long time. Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War is set to premier on May 4, 2018. Avengers: Infinity War will be the biggest Marvel project to date, with at least 28 superheroes/villains from the Marvel Cinematic Universe appearing in the film. It is still quite a long wait until May, so for now, let’s watch the newly released Infinity War trailer over and over again.

New exciting technology is dropped every year, but 2018 might surprise us with something completely different. Rumors of Samsung releasing a foldable smartphone have been going around for a while. The company did not yet specified the release date of the rumored Galaxy S X, but tech bloggers are confident we will see the phone in 2018.
