The Highlands is a huge shopping, dining, and entertainment complex located at Cabela Drive. It has a variety of restaurants and shopping outlets for college students to enjoy.
The restaurants, to name a few favorites are Cheddars, Logan’s Roadhouse, and Fusion Steakhouse.
Cheddars is family restaurant with an assortment of entrees. From its Honey Barbecue Baby Back Ribs to their simple Chicken Dinner Platter, there is an entrée for everyone’s liking. Cheddars is a place for college students to enjoy while they are out with their friends as well as a place for them to take their family while they are on visit to see them. You can also catch ball games on the televisions they have at the restaurants. Logan’s Roadhouse is another restaurant for college student’s enjoyment. At Logan’s you have your choice of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and steak entrees. Along with its choice of tasty entrees are its delicious desserts, like its signature Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie. Fusion Japanese Steakhouse is another favorite restaurant at the Highlands. It has a variety of different Japanese entrees. This is a place for college students to go to for a date or a birthday celebration.
As well as restaurants, there are a few favorite shopping outlets, like JC Penny, Cabela’s, and Rue 21. There is also a Walmart and Target up at the Highlands for your regular grocery shopping needs. Along with dining and shopping, there is entertainment as well.
There is a Marquee Cinema where you can enjoy the latest hit movies. They even have Tuesday Family Night where tickets are only $6.75. There is also an Early bird deal, Mon-Thu where tickets are only $6.25 if you go before 2 pm.
The Highlands are also adding more new restaurants and other businesses. Primanti Brothers will be opening Nov 14th. Future openings at the Highlands are: Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Mattress Firm, Kay Jewlers, General Nutrition Center (GNC), Sally Beauty and Supply, Great Clips, and Sprint.
