After a review of the fiscal 2016 budget, West Liberty University officials have devised a plan to keep three campus buildings open for the next school year.
The buildings include College Hall, Shotwell Hall and the ceramics studio, located in the Annex
“We are pleased to make this announcement which will continue to effectively serve the needs of our students and faculty. We always work to be receptive to those needs identified by our students and faculty, while maintaining a close eye on our budget which remains balanced for the coming year,” said Interim President Dr. John McCullough.
The fiscal year 2016 budget was approved at the April 15, 2015 Board of Governors meeting held in historic Shaw Hall, and at that time, the three buildings were being examined as cost saving measures.
