WEST LIBERTY, W. Va. – West Liberty students gathered in the Union Ballroom on April 24 for the annual Spring Fling Dance.
The event was hosted by the Student Government Association and The Office of Student Life. The dance took place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., with food and drinks available. The event gathered a big crowd on the ballroom floor, and music was provided by a live DJ. The event was free for students.

West Liberty students also allowed students to bring one guest each, which contributed to a lively and social crowd through the night.
Spring Fling serves as a tradition for West Liberty as SGA continues to host the event each year for students to have fun and get together near the end of the semester. During the event, the Spring Fling King and Queen are crowned as well.
In addition to dancing, students had the opportunity to use a photo booth to create lifelong memories. Groups gathered for photos together against the decorative backdrops. Another awesome addition to the dance was a cash bar for students over 21 and older.
SGA and The Office of Student Life provided a great atmosphere for the event, and it was a great way to end the week of Spring Fling activities as we head into the last week of classes.
